| Tick the check box of Split, a scanned image will be split in two equal halves and each equal half is called a page. The Remove Blank Pages function is valid for each split half so the blank half (one page) will be skipped. This function is disabled when the Merge Pages function is enabled and vice versa. This feature is not available when Long Paper is selected as Scan Type.

| Check the radio button of Horizontally and the scanned image can be split horizontally. Check the radio button of Vertically and the scanned image can be split vertically. You can make the selection of Horizontally or Vertically only when the function of Merge Pages or Split is enabled.
